​Dave and Angel and their family are serving the Lord on the island of Cebu in the Philippines.  They have persevered through cyclones which flooded their home not once, but twice!  They have persevered through rejection by family members they had hoped would be a help to them on the field.  And they have persevered through illness and medical challenges.  Any one of these things might have turned another couple aside.  But the Cabuntalas are trusting the One Lord Who has all the power and all the grace they need.

Their church is growing so steadily that new meeting places have been part of the challenge.  Souls are being saved to the glory of God, and their son Ty is now starting to assist in the teaching in the Sunday school.  The Cabuntalas are sent by Harvest Baptist Church in Daly City, California, and their mission board is Great Commission Baptist Missions, a ministry of Pacific Baptist Church in Long Beach, California.

Dave and Angel Cabuntala have been a part of our missions program at Manor Baptist Church since 2017.
